Key personas
Engineer
Uses Command Center for day-to-day work and Cockpit for AI-assisted coding when enabled.
Product manager
Tracks work and Gate 1 artefacts. PRDs and HLDs are displayed in Genesis but are not authored in an in-app editor today.
QA or reviewer
Works from the review queue and approves or rejects gate requirements.
Distribution administrator
Creates and operates SOCK captures in the desktop app. This is the role that unlocks the SOCK tile.
Project administrator
Manages members, roles, project settings, product availability, and distribution tasks.
Enterprise administrator
Manages enterprise projects, lifecycle operations, and the feature ceiling inherited by projects.
Platform administrator
Onboards enterprises, manages platform-wide availability, and triages submitted bug reports.
Important current boundaries
- Cockpit does not currently expose SOCK-specific slash commands.
- SOCI is not currently an end-user Agent Designer, Flow Designer, or tool-building surface.
- Genesis has no supported public REST API, SDK, connector extension point, or desktop plugin surface today.
- Command Center can display Gate 1 PRD and HLD artefacts, but it cannot author them in the app.
Access and download
Invited users can sign in at https://commandcenter.purplefabricai.net/. Command Center is available on the web. To install Genesis Studio, choose Download Genesis at the bottom of the project launcher and select the current build for Apple Silicon Macs, Intel Macs, Linux x86_64, or Windows x86_64.
