Before you begin

  • You are an enterprise administrator for the target enterprise.
  • You know the product, programme, or project name the workspace represents.
  • You have any internal identifiers — such as a P CODE or C CODE — your organisation wants recorded in the optional description.
  • You understand that the workspace ID cannot be changed after creation.

Sign in with enterprise-administrator access

  1. 01

    Enter your work email

Use the exact email address granted enterprise admin access.

  2. 02

    Complete enterprise sign-in

Choose Continue and finish authentication with the identity provider configured for your enterprise.

Choose an existing workspace when prompted

If your account belongs to more than one workspace, MSOCK shows a chooser after sign-in. Select a workspace in the enterprise where you intend to create the new one, then open its launcher.

The enterprise scope shown in the Admin Console — not the workspace tile itself — determines where creation occurs.

Open the Admin Console

  1. 01

    Open the launcher

Wait for MSOCK Studio to load.

  2. 02

    Choose Admin Console

Select the Admin Console chip at the top-right, beside the account menu.

Open the enterprise Workspaces page

  1. 01

    Confirm the enterprise

Check the enterprise name and your scope before making changes.

  2. 02

    Review the overview

Use the workspace count, member count, region, enterprise ID, and status as a context check.

  3. 03

    Choose Workspaces

Select Workspaces from the left navigation.

Create and verify the workspace

  1. 01

    Open Create workspace

Open the creation dialog from the Workspaces page.

  2. 02

    Enter the Name

Use the product, programme, or project name teams already recognise.

  3. 03

    Review the Workspace ID

MSOCK derives a lowercase identifier from the name using letters, digits, and hyphens, and checks that it is available. Confirm it before creating, because it is immutable afterwards.

  4. 04

    Add an optional Description

Describe what the workspace is for, and include internal identifiers such as a P CODE or C CODE when your organisation uses them.

  5. 05

    Choose Create workspace

Submit the form, then confirm the new workspace appears in the list with status Active.

Continue with workspace setup

Continue with set up a workspace. If the workspace has existing SOCK knowledge, the setup flow directs you to the optional legacy upload afterwards.
