A default does not override desktop-only, role, deployment, or workspace-narrowing requirements.

An absent or unrecognised SOCK role reads as Consumer, so write access fails closed.
- Initial enterprise onboarding collects only the enterprise ID, name, and administrator email.
- Domain and sign-in details are configured later, at Pending SSO.
- Email-domain routing is validated when a person is added.
- People can be added one at a time, or in bulk from a
.csv file. - Workspace settings cannot override an enterprise-level disablement.
- Workspace IDs are derived from the name and are immutable after creation.
- Workspace setup requires MSOCK on the desktop, workspace admin access, and a signed-in Claude Code installation.
- A legacy SOCK upload replaces the current workspace
docs/ folder and requires an explicit release label. - Bug-report screenshots are limited to 5 MB and diagnostic bundles to 50 MB.
- Work-item attachments are limited to 50 MB.
