Who can use these

Devices and Bug Reports are platform-administrator surfaces in the Admin Console.

The device fleet

The Devices screen lists the machines that have registered with MSOCK, with the application version each is on. Expanding a device shows what it reported about itself.

GroupFields
IdentityDevice id, enterprises, users seen, register count, first seen, last seen
PlatformOperating system build, architecture, memory, webview version, display server, whether it is virtualised, locale, timezone
RenderingWhich rendering path the application settled on — GPU, compatibility, or maximum compatibility — and any overriding environment setting
HealthPeak application memory, peak child processes, last CPU reading, free memory at the end of a session
Recent errorsThe device's persisted error timeline, including stack traces

Pull diagnostics

Diagnostics can be requested from a device on demand, scoped to what you actually need:

ScopeWhat it returns
Runtime eventsThe application's own event stream
App logsApplication log output
Session transcriptThe transcript of an agent session
Prerequisite verdictsThe results of the first-run prerequisite checks — Python, Claude Code, the engine, disk, and git

Logs also arrive automatically on a separate push channel, so a device that cannot be reached interactively is not silently invisible.

A diagnostic bundle is limited to 50 MB.

Bug reports

The in-product Report a bug control is off by default and must be enabled per enterprise. Submissions land in the Bug Reports queue, which opens on all enterprises by default.

FieldValues
SeverityCrash, Broken, Visual, Other
StatusNew, Triaged, Closed

Each report carries the reporter, the device id, the architecture, the application channel and version, and the route the person was on when they reported it, plus any attachments. A screenshot is limited to 5 MB.

Filter by enterprise, severity, and status, review the evidence, and record the triage state and ownership.

Audit log

The Admin Console also carries an Audit log for platform administrators, recording administrative actions across the platform.
