Approve, or reject with a specific reason and expected remediation.

Confirm the gate and card indicators reflect the decision.
Connect Jira and view a ticket

Confirm server-side enablement
Ask an administrator to verify that the Jira synchronisation flags are enabled.

Open the Jira tab
Navigate from the relevant work item.

Connect your credential
Authenticate with your own Jira account when prompted.

Select the ticket
Link or display one Jira ticket at a time.

Review read-only context
Jira data flows one way into Genesis. Manual resynchronisation is limited to once every 30 seconds.

Observe or roll back a distribution
Distribution publication steps currently run outside the application. Maintainers and administrators can use the UI to observe publication state and initiate rollback where available. Do not describe the current UI as a complete author-and-publish workflow.
